Palmyra was one of the great cities of the ancient world — a meeting point between cultures, traders and civilizations in the Syrian desert.

Its history, architecture and location made it a symbol of connection between East and West.

Palmyra Mediterranean Grill takes inspiration from that history while bringing Syrian food and hospitality to a new home in Canada.
