Start with the meat you want
Our shawarma options include chicken and beef. You can order either in a wrap or as a platter, while a mixed shawarma platter combines chicken with lamb or beef. If you enjoy trying more than one flavour in the same meal, the mixed option is a useful starting point.
Our chicken kabob features a charbroiled chicken breast skewer. Kafta is a different choice: a lamb-and-beef kabob, rather than a chicken skewer. The mixed kabob platter brings together one chicken skewer and one lamb-and-beef skewer.
Compare what comes with a platter
The chicken and beef shawarma platters include rice, salad, hummus, bread and tzatziki. Chicken and kafta kabob platters come with rice, salad, hummus, bread and garlic sauce, with onions accompanying the skewers. Those sauces are worth considering if you are deciding between two otherwise appealing orders.

Would you rather have a wrap?
Chicken shawarma, beef shawarma, chicken kabob and kafta kabob are also available as wraps. A wrap makes sense when you want everything together in bread; a platter lets you alternate bites of meat, rice, salad and dip. Neither format requires you to change the main flavour you came for.
